Regularity is an important fact that is taken into account when promotion is being granted to the next higher class. A minimum of 80% attendance is required. If a student remains absent from the class for 15 consecutive days his/her name may be struck off the rolls. Prior permission can be sought due to overnight illness or some other emergency the parents must submit an application within three days (If the absence is more than three days) to the principal, in case of illness a medical certificate must be produced.
